Rebecca is a driven, highly experienced strategist and change leader who can combine creative and innovative thinking with business analysis and commercial acumen. With more than 35 years’ experience in her field she has a track record of success in transforming organisations both as a Director and CEO and in more recent years as a strategy consultant. In the early 90s Rebecca led the successful turnaround of Adams Childrenswear developing a new strategy for the brand and then leading the transformation programme resulting in brand share and commercial growth.
Rebecca moved from the Corporate world into consultancy founding The Retail Practice in 2002 and RC2 Limited in 2009. She specialises in developing distinctive, multi-channel retail value propositions to improve both the customer experience and drive profitability in highly competitive Global and pan-European markets. Rebecca hHas deep and wide experience across 4 continents, multiple brands and product types, and most channels. In addition, she has undertaken turnaround projects on behalf of banks and private equity.
As a strategic consultant, Rebecca has advised UK and well known Pan European brands on the development and successful execution of their strategic growth plans. Brands include Levis, Nike, P&O Ferries, World Duty Free, ASICS, The North Face, Under Armour.
She has a wealth of experience of working with, and developing, senior and middle management business capability. The business projects she has worked on have helped many managers drive forward their professional careers. Several clients have subsequently used her as an executive coach and career adviser.
