Since 1982, Peter Knott has been responsible for leading a team of creative people and for nurturing great ideas, those that ultimately help shape new and exciting outcomes for many of the world's biggest and best organisations. He is a Director and producer of internal communication and marketing media.  

Operating on strategic and tactical levels, Peter founded Oursayso, which is known for breaking through the clutter of the 'same old, same old' and developing refreshingly new and exciting, more creative, impactful communications. He has considerable expertise in internal communication, marketing and especially the production of media. He leads and supports the work involved in changing culture, changing structure, employee engagement and in developing global employment brands.  

Peter created the first ever in store radio station for Top Shop, broadcasting in the UK and launched the careers of many, now famous radio and television presenters. Peter has provided bespoke music programmes to most UK high street retailers. He has been a presenter in local radio and became an established compere and presenter.  

Oursayso took the use of media more fully into the corporate world, applying it to better engage employees and attract customers. Peter became an experienced creative director, mentor and advisor to many of the world biggest and best organisations.  

Since its inception, Oursayso’s creative competence specialisms in radio production, corporate television, presenter coaching, video production and corporate events have delivered solutions for c100 UK and Internationally based clients in Banking, Drinks & Beverages, Hospitality, Petro-chemicals, Retailers and Wholesalers, Tobacco and Travel.
