Jan is an accomplished, experienced retail executive whose strategic and operational skills are prized by companies. Jan’s success has been won across a variety of well-known international retail, leisure and travel brands operating in highly competitive markets.  

She has a reputation as an effective, change-agent, with outstanding communication and organisation skills, which are utilised, to ensure individuals and teams congregate around the agreed or developing strategy to deliver improved commercial performance.  

Jan’s real ability is in tackling the front-line issues, instore, onboard and the touch points of customer contact. Her pragmatic and insightful delivery of operational objectives is supported by building expertise through the simplicity and flawless execution of initiatives, KPI and performance management, workforce management, thereby changing the mind-set and behaviors of managers to think 'brand and customer’ every area of activity.  

Following a successful in-house career as a Director of plc’s, Jan now consults with organisations who need a strong change agent to push through large scale transformation and development projects. She has added value to brands such as ASICS and First Choice (Tui Group) enabling and supporting them to bring effective transformation and increased commerciality.
